1. What is team management?
Edraw team management is only available in the team plans. This feature gives you the
flexibility to assign, revoke, and manage end-users via registered email. Click Team Management Guide for details.
2. What is the differences between individual plans and team plans?
Individual plan is for a single user.
Team plan serves for a team who needs it for managing multiple users. Team users
have full access to all features and resources.
3. What is device management? How to manage the devices under my account?
One account can be used on 2 devices. Once you have logged in to 2 devices, you cannot log
in to other devices. At this point, you can use the easy device management function to
delete unused device(s) from your account, and then you can log in to the new device to
continue to use.
4. Which payment method do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Master Card, and Visa, and also
PayPal, bank/wire transfer, and more local payment methods. Click on the [BUY NOW] button

5. Can I change the team size?
Yes, you can change your team size at any point during your subscription. Contact our
customer service to get the price for adding new members. However, it is not possible to
deduct your payment for removing members.
