How to enter #betterwithdiagram challenge?

1. Open EdrawMax Online or click Participate Now button.
2. Start with an EdrawMax template and make it your own or create anything incredible from a blank drawing.
3. Click on Publish in the top right corner of the interface, and the Publish window pops up. Fill in the template information with the tag #betterwithdiagram, then click OK, and a window that indicates success will pop up after a few seconds. Check Publish Guide
4. Keep your eyes peeled for an email in your inbox for notification of template approval. *The review will be done in 2 working days.
5. Share your template page, and invite your friends to 'like' your template.

1. Can I participate in different challenges at the same time？
Yes, you can participate in multiple challenges by entering all the challenge tags while publishing the template.

2. How do I know if the template has been approved?
We will complete the review within 2 working days.
After your template is approved, you will receive a system notification in EdrawMax and an email notification. Meanwhile, you can find your template on the My Profile homepage after you log in to the community.

3. Where can I find my diagram?
Log in to EdrawMax Template Community > Open My Profile on the top right corner > find in Works.

4. How can I increase my chances of winning？
The more likes your template gets, the greater your chance of winning the prize packs.
Remember to share your unique template page and invite your friends to like your template.

Terms for the Contest are contained below

1. Eligibility:
This Contest is not open to any individual in a jurisdiction where the Contest or the individual entering the Contest would be prohibited by law.

2. Agreement to Terms:
By participating in the Contest, the entrant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Terms. You also represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements and that the Contest and You entering the Contest are not prohibited in Your jurisdiction. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Edraw as final and binding as it relates to the Contest.

3. Contest Period:
The event begins at 12:00:01 a.m.GMT+8 on Nov 24, 2022, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. GMT+8 on December 22, 2022. Entries must be received before the end of the Contest Period for each contest.

4. How to Enter
(a) To participate in the Contest, you must create a diagram using EdrawMax that adheres to the instructions above.
(b) Each participant can publish multiple templates.
(c) Entries must fall under the themes listed in the Contest Guidelines. Entries that contain sexual content, violence, or gore, or promote discrimination against any individual or group, or that otherwise contain content that, in the view of Edraw, is inappropriate will not be accepted.
(d) Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the Terms may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Edraw.
(e) If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent these Terms, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Edraw.

5. Winners Selection and Notification
(a) The Edraw group may ask certain participants to provide their original diagram files.
(b) The Winners will be notified via a private message and/or comment on their template and announced via email and on the challenge page within seven (7) days following the selection of the winners.
(c) If a Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time notification was sent, failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release (if required), the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
(d) Any violation of these official terms by the winner, at Edraw’s sole discretion, will result in the winner’s disqualification as winner of the contest, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

All participants must abide by the event Rules and Regulations. Edraw reserves the right to amend or change the event rules and Regulations at any time without prior notice. Any participant in the event shall have no legal recourse against Edraw, its consultants or their respective employees for any such changes, cancellation or termination.
