Community Guidelines

Edraw (“We”) supplies any and all of the services made available on our websites, www.edrawsoft.com, www.edrawmax.com, and www.edrawmind.com, or any and all of our other related websites, any and all of their subdomains, any and all of their mobile versions, any and all of their Mobile Applications, access to databases and content, the opportunity to create and share content and the opportunity to publish content in Template Gallery and Mind Map Gallery (“the Service”).

Registration is not required to visit the Service. However, users of the Service (“You”) will be required to register to access certain parts of the Service.

We want users to feel safe when using Edraw's products and services. That is why we've developed a set of Guidelines for EdrawMax's Template Gallery and EdrawMind's Mind Map Gallery (the "Guidelines"). These Guidelines will help you understand what you should and should not post, and what type of content may be reported to us and, if deemed appropriate, removed.

These Guidelines should be read in conjunction with our End User License Agreement,Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Terms"). These Guidelines shall be an integral part of the Terms. Where there is a conflict between these Guidelines and our Terms and various Policies, the Terms should prevail.

You hereby agree to and accept these Guidelines and the Terms when you register, access, or use any portion of the Services. Suppose you fail to comply with these Guidelines and the Terms. In that case, we are entitled to apply the Terms to temporarily or permanently, in whole or in part, suspend, restrict, or terminate your use of our products, the Services, or any services provided by us; our such conduct shall not be a breach of the contract/agreement; we shall not be liable to assume any losses or damages to you.

We may modify, revise, and update these Guidelines based on our reasonable requirements, including but not limited to the supervision and regulation of the authorities or applicable laws, our compliance requirements, or our product function/features updates. We will inform you or disclose the updated Guidelines to you. Such updated Guidelines shall be binding on you, and you shall comply with such updated Guidelines if you continue to use any part of the Services.

What You Should Do

  • Be friendly and respectful of other users.
  • Make relevant and meaningful posts.
  • Use an appropriate Avatar.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling.
  • Post in the correct category - Before you publish your diagram, please ensure it is being posted in the most applicable category.
  • Respect the copyrights, trademarks, patents, likenesses, and any other legitimate rights, interests, and titles of others. If you aren't allowed to use someone else's copyrighted or trademarked works (either by license or by legal exceptions), please don't post it, and please immediately delete or remove it.
  • Be thoughtful when posting anything involving a minor.
  • Consider the value that your post brings to the community. Post content that can inspire others, share something new and unique, or have a story to tell. Ask yourself first: is this something I would be interested in seeing on EdrawMind/EdrawMax if someone else posted it?

What You Should Do Not

  • Post malicious content.
  • Post duplicate content in multiple categories.
  • Post sexually suggestive or violent content, especially any content involved in or referred to as child pornography.
  • Post personal contact or private information about yourself or others, including but not limited to: email addresses, phone numbers, bank account information, and addresses.
  • Register accounts or post content automatically, systematically, or programmatically.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent an account at registration to impersonate any person or entity. Acting like other users can be a form of harassment. We may delete accounts, remove any content and ban users who do this. Users who are suspected of impersonating another member could have their accounts suspended pending an investigation.
  • Post contents or images that are false, misleading, infringing, defamatory or libelous.
  • Post content of images that breach or infringe any proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret rights, likeness, and any other legitimate rights, interests, and titles of any third party. If you fail to comply with the foregoing, you should assume all liabilities and losses; you should indemnify, reimburse, defend, and hold harmless us from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, liens, and damages arising from your breach of the foregoing.
  • Post contents or images that are inappropriate, suggestive, graphic, obscene, condone illegal activity, or otherwise offensive, including but not limited to the following:
  • Bullying
  • Racism
  • Hate speech
  • Sexism
  • Slurs
  • Personal attacks
  • Death threats
  • Suicide requests
  • Incitement to terrorism
  • Homophobia
  • Pornographic content (including, but not limited to inappropriate links, illustrations of sexual activity and nudity except where appropriate in an educational context)

What We Do Not Allow

  • Hate speech, bullying practices, or abusive content (racism, sexism, homophobia, slurs, personal attacks, death threats, terrorism threats, suicide requests, or any form of hate speech) is not tolerated. This includes hate speech or abuse in usernames, as well as images, links, and descriptions.
  • Posts that include advertising goods for sale and/or inappropriate content are prohibited unless the Administrator has prior written permission from Edraw. (This includes but is not limited to links to pirated or illegal software and links to non-suitable external websites).
  • No spam is allowed (spam may include but is not limited to: rapid-fire posting for points, clickbait, non-approved advertisements, scams, using scripts or bots, and anything else that someone might consider spammy).
  • Users are not entitled to any rights to Edraw's intellectual property in any way.
  • Moderators have special authority; they are responsible for this community. Moderators might edit your post's title and description at Edraw's discretion.
  • In order to maintain our community, moderators reserve the right to remove any content and any user account for any reason at any time. The moderators and site operators take no responsibility for any content posted by the community.
  • Users who disregard the above Guidelines may be banned from contributing to the community.

Your Legal Obligations and Duties

Notwithstanding any consents under these Guidelines, you should duly perform and fulfill your obligations and duties under any applicable laws and regulations; you should not do anything that is prohibited and banned by any applicable laws and regulations.
